1. Characteristics of membrane structure

2. Structural construction
2.1 Preparation and acceptance of on-site assembly of steel structures
Under the conditions of construction, the construction unit will transport the tools and equipment before the assembly to the open space of the North Stand one week before the construction, and the technicians will mark, position, re-inspect and weld the supporting tire frames during the assembly of the steel structure.
2.2 Stacking requirements of components
Considering that the construction site is located in the sports field, without affecting the use of students, the construction unit selected the cement floor small basketball court empty space on the west side of the sports field as a temporary stacking site after all components passed the acceptance inspection.
2.3 Welding of steel structures
The welding sequence of steel structures should consider the factors of welding deformation, and try to use symmetrical welding. The parts with large shrinkage should be welded first. After welding, repair and smooth the welding scar to remove welding slag and spatter.
2.4 Installation process After preliminary investigation, this project adopts the international advanced membrane material — Ferrari F1002T2 produced by the French Ferrari company. and always pre-tensioned during the coating process. 2.5 Erection of scaffolding In order to meet the installation of the membrane structure of this project, according to the actual situation of the construction site and the requirements of relevant national construction specifications, this project adopts the erection of double-row outer scaffolding combined with full-floor scaffolding. The height of the scaffolding is controlled at about 1.8m from the top. .
2.6 Preparation of film cloth
In order to further ensure the smooth progress of the film cloth paving and tensioning work, the technicians should do some relevant preparations in advance after setting up the scaffolding: first open the film cloth gently; put it on a clean moisture-proof cloth; Fold in half on half of the longitudinal belt, clamp the film to make the film very loose; the film is in place; tie the cable in the lower bottom position; insert the edge rope to ensure that the rope fits the film; tie the rope to On the corner of the membrane cloth; at the same time, tie the rope to the higher end, so that the higher rope exceeds the membrane cloth; the latch on the steel structure must match the metal plate on the membrane cloth.
2.7 The paving of the membrane cloth This project is hoisted by a truck crane. 2.8 Tension of the membrane cloth After confirming that the laying work of the membrane cloth is completed, the technicians carefully check whether the contact surface and structural parts of the membrane cloth are firmly connected, and then further confirm that each connection point is firmly connected, and then stretch the membrane to the specified position. position, fasten it firmly with the buckle, and then put on the sling.
