Space frame structure
The Space frame structure is a curved space frame structure, which combines the inherent characteristics of the rod structure and the thin shell structure, with reasonable stress and large coverage span. The completed space frame structure can generally be divided into the following types and forms.
(1) According to the curvature radius of the surface, there are threetypes of space frames with positive Gaussian curvature, space frames with zero Gaussian curvature and space frames with negative Gaussian curvature.
(2) According to the shape of the curved surface, there are mainly spherical space frames, hyperbolic flat space frames, cylindrical space frames (including other curved cylindrical space frames), twisted space frames (including hyperbolic parabolic saddle space frames, single Block twisted mesh frame, four-piece combined twisted mesh frame) and other four categories.
(3) According to the division of the space frame, there are the following two categories. For spherical nets, there are mainly Schwedler types. Joint square space frame type, three-way space frame type, Kn (n=6, 8, 10…) type, auxiliary ring type and geodesic type, etc. For the cylindrical space frame, there are mainly square space frame type, single oblique rod type (right-angled triangle space frame), and three-way type (isosceles, angular or equilateral triangle space frame).
(4) According to the number of layers of the space frame, there are single-layer space framesand double-layer space frames, in which the double-layer space frames connect the inner and outer two-layer space frame members through web rods, so the double-layer space frames can be viewed It is composed of coplanar and non-coplanar arch truss systems or pyramid systems (including quadrangular pyramid systems, triangular pyramid systems and hexagonal push systems) of the same size and different sizes.
(5) According to the materials of the space frame, there are mainly four categories: wooden space frame, steel space frame, reinforced concrete space frame, and combined space frame in which steel space frame and reinforced concrete roof work together.
