Project Overview

The Heilongjiang Sports Center project has a total land area of 630,000 square meters and is composed of 1# International Conference and Exhibition Sports Center, 2# International Conference Center (hotel), and 3# Stadium. The 3# project is a large-scale stadium with an elliptical overall plan and a length of 247.5m. , With a width of 2536.866m and a maximum height of 53.9m, its completion will complement the convention and exhibition center and conference center nearby, and become a collection of international large-scale exhibitions, sports events, high-level conferences, economic and trade negotiations, commodity transactions, information exchanges, e-commerce and A large venue integrating entertainment, leisure and shopping.

Structural features

The main steel structure of this project weighs about 2500t and consists of two symmetrical structures. The stand canopy adopts a large-span arched tube truss steel structure, and the main trusses HJ1 and HJ2 are hinged and connected with the connecting trusses HJ3-HJ8 to form a whole.

The span of the main truss is 247.5m, and the cross-sections of the inner and outer main trusses are prismatic; HJ1 is a two-hinged arch support in its plane, and a secondary truss multi-point support outside the plane; HJ2 supports in addition to the arch foot support, there are Four steel pipe columns (internally filled with concrete) and sub-truss support. The roof purlins are H-shaped steel and rectangular tube purlins.

The structural arrangement of the steel structure roof makes HJ1 have reliable lateral support to prevent its out-of-plane instability, and the HJ1’s bearing capacity is controlled by the stability in the arch plane. The HJ2 truss serves as the out-of-plane support of HJ1 in the lateral direction. In order to reduce the horizontal thrust of HJ2 on the steel tube column (inner concrete), the connection between the HJ2 truss and the column is a horizontal sliding bearing, so the lateral support of HJ2 to HJ1 is This is achieved by transmitting the horizontal horizontal force to the arch hinge support.

The main truss HJ-1 is a prismatic section, 7.2 meters wide and 2×6 meters high. The upper and lower chords use Φ610×30 straight seam welded pipes, and the middle chords use Φ600×24 and Φ600×12 seamless steel pipes (or straight Seam welded pipe), the web rod adopts seamless steel pipes of Φ219×8, Φ273×8, and Φ273×12.

The main truss HJ-2 also has a prismatic section, with a width of 5.4 meters and a height of 2×4.5 meters. The upper and middle chords are made of seamless steel pipes of Φ480×12 and Φ480×16, and the lower chords are of Φ600×24 and Φ610×30. , Φ600×12 seamless steel pipe (or straight seam welded pipe), the web rod adopts Φ273×8, Φ273×12, Φ325×12 seamless steel pipe.

The main seamless steel pipes used for the secondary truss are Φ377×12, Φ377×18 and Φ480×20, and the materials of the primary and secondary trusses are Q345E.
