The purpose of this construction method is to ensure the uniformity of its force; The construction time is short, and the building function is adaptable.

The roof of the gymnasium is octagonal, the plane length is 69.3m×69.3m, the roof span is 67.2m×67.2m, and the peripheral column spacing is 8.4m. To meet the requirements of the architectural effect, combined with the characteristics of the column network, the roof adopts a two-way orthogonal 45° inclined steel truss structure system, and the two-way steel truss is supported on the top of the surrounding columns. The trusses are placed diagonally, and the lengths of these trusses are also different, but the heights are the same.

In the construction process, trusses with different stiffnesses are used in different parts of the building, and trusses with high stiffness are used near the corners. In the case of peripheral support, they have higher stiffness and less material consumption than the two-way orthogonal truss. Reduced truss height. According to the equipment maintenance requirements, an inspection horse track is set in the lower chord plane of the roof. Combined with the characteristics of the building roof slope, a horse track is set along the two diagonal slopes of the plane. Some trusses cancel the inclined web bars in this slope width range to form an empty truss. The vertical rod of the truss is connected with the upper and lower chords by a rigid connection to ensure the bearing capacity of the truss. In addition, according to the requirements for the arrangement of lighting windows on the roof of the building, horizontal support is arranged on the upper chord plane between adjacent trusses. The outer diameter of the chords of the roof tube trusses of the gymnasium is the same, the building is beautiful, and there is no need for a suspended ceiling.

2 、Engineering features and scheme selection

During the construction of this project, it is built into a square quadrangular pyramid bolt ball structure. The support method used by the main body of the building is the bottom chord point support, and its construction advantage is to increase the overall span of the building. In the process of high-altitude bulk loading of the space truss, there is no need to use a tower crane. When installing the space frame, a pull rod and an electric winch should be used, which can improve the safety and efficiency of the installation. According to the engineering drawings and on-site investigation of the actual situation, the 1-axis to 2-axis of the gymnasium roof is built into a concrete structure, the height of which is the same as the height of the embedded parts, and the 2-axis to 3-axis space frame is connected to the 1-axis to 2-axis.
